When I first came to Dr. Vella I was at my wit's end. At 42, I felt I was falling apart! My breasts were so tender I couldn't sleep on my stomach. My PMS was extreme, in every way. My periods were 6 days and very heavy bleeding. My MD put me back on the Pill even though I was not sexually active. Though my periods got lighter from the Pill, my other symptoms got worse; I gained 15lbs., was getting migraines and couldn't get a good night sleep. Dr. Vella said my estrogen/progesterone ratio was off. He put me on the botanical progesterone cream. I took myself off the Pill. Three months later I am feeling like I did 10 years ago. My weight came down, the tenderness has gone away completely. I'm having normal periods (no PMS!) and I even have my libido back!

Hi Dr. V,
I want to give you the feedback on the muscle shakes. I've been taking the magnesium pills and I also take 1 SP Green Food in the a.m. with breakfast. Problem solved!!!!!,I can't wait to get to the gym to get on the stairmaster every other day. The amount of energy I have is unreal. Thanks again for that tip. You ROCK!!!!

In the beginning of the therapy I had been diagnosed with a strong pain in my spinal cord. The therapy done has helped my a lot. Now I barely ever feel any pain. Before the therapy, I was not able to live a normal life. I could not work and do many things that a normal person is able to do. I'm very grateful I have chosen to try therapy with a chiropractic specialist. I would like to thank all who have helped me.

Over the years I have been suffering with severe back pain. It was so bad that I had difficulty getting dressed, even getting out of bed was a problem. When I sat down I could not stand up. I had to remain in a sitting position and ease myself up carefully. I even wore a back brace sometimes.

Being a skeptic at heart and as you can see. I hopped on a plane to California to see one of the top Orthopedic surgeons in the country regarding my hip injury 8yrs ago. Its pretty easy for me to differentiate doctors who care and are truly passionate about their work. That said, I'm very confident I'm in the right hands now and know in advance this is going to work.

Its Saturday and I feel wonderful. Didn't even need the Biofreeze, Tiger Balm, neice to crack my back. I feel great!!! Normally here's what happens to me during the rain combined with menstral cycle. It usually feels like someone is taking a knife and stabbing the inner hip socket slowly. Well it was both of those yesterday and I felt no pain!!! Its cold as hell outside and I'm painfree. Thanks again for enhancing my quality of life with your healing hands.
